May I suggest going onto our website, and writing a review about your experience so that it will be seen by them, their management and other customers. 

You can follow the below steps to publish your review on our website 👇

1. You'll need to register on our website: www.hellopeter.com/register.

2. After you've signed in, you'll see at the top of the page a button that says "Write a review", click on this and you'll be taken onto the page.

3. You'll put in the company's name, what industry they're in, your star rating, and your written review of your experience.
