No response/action from HP Support
<p>On multiple occasions I have reported that the HP system has *******ed one of my reviews, turning it into a confusing/random merging of 3 seperate reviews by different people. It reflects badly on me as well as the organisation that I had reviewed. I requested HP to fix it or remove the review altogether, but have not had a response to ANY of my requests. This is just slack and reflects a "who cares"-attitude. HP has lost its mojo, IMHO.</p>

However, please be advised that I have NOT received the email from the 24th that you refer to, neither have I received the re-sent that you mentioned in the reply above. Please note that I have NO spam rejection rules on any of my email addresses, so please verify the responses you mentioned.
It should be easy enough to identify the review I am referring to, considering I only have 3 visible reviews and one of them is clearly identified as *******ed by simply trying to read it. The unprintable characters and file header info dividing the 3 separate pieces are dead giveaways. But I shall also send this info to the support email address as requested.

Don’t bother – just delete the review. If I was able to, I would have deleted it weeks ago.

And then delete THIS review and the string of senseless messages as well before it becomes a comedy show. It's really not doing HP any good.
