No option to change review after resolution
Hi,
The option to change a review should be available, as well as writing a new review. The covert option no longer exists and a new review isn't allowed after a recent one.

Unfortunately only one review per Supplier/experience is accepted on the site. We also send you an email 4 days after writing your review asking how likely you are to recommend the business after your interaction with them. The score you choose is then displayed alongside your original review in the form of an emoji and impacts the businesses NPS score. I hope this helps. Have a great Friday.
