No more integrity
So, it seems Hellopeter is defining who can leave reviews based on if they are a customer or not. This is a good thing! But the problem is how Hellopeter defines a customer, which raises several concerns.
For example, if you cancel your membership to a Health Insurance like Momentum, then you're no longer considered a customer and all your reviews will be removed.
Equally concerning is that Momentum has two different accounts, one with an overall positive score and one with an overall negative score, and Hellopeter lets them move reviews between the two as they, please. And then Hellopeter doesn't seem to see how that could jeopardize the integrity of their site and its reviews.
But that's a different topic. So based on what I was told by Hellopeter's support staff, I am no longer a customer of Momentum because I canceled my membership, and therefore I'm no longer allowed to review them as per the site "rules".
So how would this same logic apply to other industries? If I eat a meal at Wimpy, am I considered a customer only while I'm seated there? Or would I be a valid customer for as long as the meal is within my bowels? Or would I no longer be a customer if I simply walk out and exclaim "I had a terrible experience and will never be eating here again!"?
What about if I purchased a toaster for Spar, and return it only to be treated like trash by the staff and have my refund thrown in my face while enduring verbal slurs? Would I no longer be allowed to leave a review because I returned the toaster, got my money back and I'm therefore no longer a customer?
Sounds like an obvious loophole for companies to exploit here. One where Hellopeter will by its own rules then delete any bad reviews.
I think it's safe to say the integrity of this site has now been compromised. I think it would be best if both customers and companies stopped taking Hellopeter serious since the reviews can clearly be manipulated by anyone who knows how to exploit the system.

As with many of the big companies, Momentum has various divisions/branches that work with topic related issues. As in your case, Momentum Insure (who you reviewed) had no history of your credentials, and the only information they could find was referring back to Momentum Multiply, which is why the review was reassigned to Momentum, so that they could investigate and assist accordingly. In this instance however, we have reassigned your review back to Momentum Insure, and asked them to please assist you as a matter of urgency. Having a page for each of these divisions also makes sense.
Giving the pages of those divisions VERY similar names like Momentum Insure and Momentum (SA) does NOT make sense.
I hope you're able to see how it would instead appear dishonest and suspicious if a review is moved from Momentum Insure (a page with an overall higher score where some of the positive reviews are quite literally just one short sentence long or people posting nothing more than a name in the review without any further context ... JUST a name), to Momentum (SA), a page with a mostly negative score.
My review was deleted when I last checked.
And again, it was deleted because "I'm no longer a customer because I canceled my membership." ... to quote your support staff.
So, I posted this review in hopes of getting a solution, since the SMS had no instructions on how to cancel and was instead from Momentum Money!
Again, please let me know which of the two pages do you think should be posted if it's that obvious???

But again, this would according to your support staff's definition put me in a unique bubble where I'm not allowed to write a review.
I along with any other person who gets spammed by junk mail would not be allowed to post a review here IF we technically didn't make use of the company yet, OR no longer wish to make use of them.
SO again, this creates a unique loophole that companies can exploit.
And I still didn't even get a link to your rules page.

I don't see any clarification on how you handle reviews from someone who USED to be subscribed to the services of a company and then unsubscribed.
I also don't see how you "define" a customer here.
So, it all still very much seems like you did this in support of momentum, which again makes the whole situation seem all the more suspicious.
I also don't see at which point I would be allowed to post another review again.
Right now, Momentum hasn't given me any updates or feedback.
It's been over a week.
This is true to form for them.
But what do I do now?
