No Feedback allowed?

How is one supposed to give feedback when you click on the \Give Feedback\" section in the menu on the left it takes you to a list of your reports. There is no place to open that report and give feedback.<br> <br> You only see the date and your profile which if you click on either takes you back to a list of your reports.<br> <br> When I tried to follow the e-mail link I got back to the report. On typing my feedback and clicking submit it tells me that comments are closed or unavailable for this report.<br> <br> Talk about frustrating and infuriating. HP needs to look at itself!"
