New website is just bad

I have to say, I really dont like your new website. I find it very user unfriendly. I test software for a living, and see a lot of web applications, and I just get frustrated by your website. A lot of things are confusing, and not clear the first time you see it. Compared to your previous website, this one was a downgrade on user experience. It looks nice however, but usability is suffering. I can also see one of the reasons for your change in the website, it is now more money driven, and you are able to generate more revenue with the adds and extra features, which you are more than entitled to, but please spend some of that on getting your website in a better condition. I do have to give you 5/5 for what you do for consumers, assisting to get service out of companies where they tend to lack in that department.
