New site is awful

<p>After being down for ages, ****o peter decides on this layout which is about as user friendly as flying the space shuttle. It takes hundereds of attempts to log on, continual idiotic error messages. This site is plain horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
