Need advice
Good day<br> <br> I can not find any option on the site where I can make contact with you. The company I want to complain about is not registered with you. (IE Finance)<br> I want advice please, I tried to apply for a loan, but did not go through with it. I did not send any documents for processing or even signed anything stating that I give my consent. What can I do because money was deducted from my account?<br> They say that when I tried to apply online they already sent my app for processing, but I never received a call from anyone informing me that my application was being processed or that they needed documents to complete my application.<br> <br> Regards <br> Shanice Scheepers
