I rate Hello Peter five stars as it deserves it. Ever since I discovered hello peter, shopping and making business with different businesses and companies has become a whole lot easier.

I just jump on here and see what people are saying and it helps me make a wise decision whether to go ahead or not with engaging with that business. It is my saviour.

But over and above that, what is more special than getting the message out there to other people, is the quick assist from the actual businesses themselves. Especially if I have tried calling their own i house customer care to complain, i usually get the run around but one review on Hello Peter and within a matter of a day, today actually it was within minutes, thats how good this service is. I get a call and someone is already working on my issue. The good and the bad reviews are getting the attention they need. And customers, most, are getting helped and helping others. All thanks to Hello Peter. A great well done job.
