My Opinion of Hello Peter
I always love to write reviews on Hello Peter (negative or positive). I makes me feel like there is someone out there that is actually listening! And the best part of all is that sometimes the company that you write a review about will contact you to try and resolve the problem, if there is one.
I just want to thank Hello Peter and all the staff for their great service and keeping me updated with my reviews. I know I can always count on you.
But I want to know how does it work? How do you guys get the companies to respond to the people who writes reviews? And how does it affect the company that you write a review about?
