My last hope is hopeless

I was hoping hello peter will assist me but nothing im only getting review emails and rating mails nothing regarding my problem

insurance liberty its not insuring us after all Liberty I was really hoping that you will be on our side since the death of our Mother on the 6th of March 2022 we lost our mother I called liberty and I was advised that the company that my mother worked Sunny side hotel which is know Holyday INN I then spoke to them and they advised me that the application was done this was in June, I then tried to speak to speak to the Head of HR in sunnyside park who advised me again that the delay is with Liberty, we have been strangling since my mother dearth we really hoped that with her savings that she did for us over 20 years but to my surprise the most trusted insurance company is the one that is not helping, I may understand the delay and the process of the application but them not even contact us or just assuring us that the application its on the way Please help us
