I am not impressed with a blanket removal of my complain. Please provide specifics. I do not have the time to read your extensive document and then find my original complaint to then change a word. This company has ****** our money. They advertised products which were not in stock and kept our money. over 6 months later they still tell us to wait 90 days for a reimbur*****t.
