Ms Esack came to my rescue. I needed help, clarifying my opinions on a application I signed under the impression that it is only an application as the agent who I was on the call with explained, after receiving debit order request few hours after I signed, and being told by the second agent, that I will pay over R2000 if I choose to cancel 😞 I felt like I am being ****med, Mr sandile my first agent advised I call customer service. Wich I did and the lady I mentioned gave me clarifying information and also assisted me with the cancelation.
