More than 2 sides to a story.
I would like to know how is it that Hello Peter can disclose names and surnames given by disgruntled customers without verifying the facts. What happened to the POPI act. Names and surnames are flung around here with no care. Why are *** not used to conceal identities. There are many sides to a story when it comes to customer services.

21 Apr 2022, 12:07This is not sufficient. This is why social media platforms have policies set in place to avoid cyber bullying. Hello Peter provides a platform that they profit from but refuse to take ownership of how matters are treated on the platform. I have read your content guidelines.
