******** misconduct

So we get reviewed by someone we don't even know we get an email saying someone left a 1 star review and cant read everything that's been said ,When then login to Hellopeter to defend ourselves we get a message saying we cannot access our account unless we pay ??? we did not ask to have any reviews posted about our company ,we did not ask for hellopeter and now they trying to force people to pay for false reviews. This Has happens to many businesses being ****med into paying for nothing.
