Why do you have to be like all these other entities that require an email address and a password and a letter from the spouse before you can even get into the programme. Like most entities you are not older person and non computer literate friendly. I have so many frigging passwords, I have to have a special wallet. Some are 900 characters long, upper case, lower case, numbers, $$@#&*. Not very cool. That's why I complained about these other parasite entities. Next thing you know we will need a password to gain access to the Mortuary and have a seven digit code to be cremated.
