Long ago.... I trusted this site. Not anymore

Hellopeter used to be a site where I check out business before engaging them, especially where it comes to online sales. While doing shopping, i came across an online business with not contact details, no address .... only and "info" email. I thought this was suspicious, as you would struggle to resolve any issues with such a business. So i logged on to Hellopeter. The profile had a reasonably good trust index....because it was filled with profiles that were only created to do a single review. All of these reviews were 5 star reviews. I looked into the profile deeper and found other reviews by regular posters. These told a grim story of wrong goods, no returns and weeks to deliver an order. I contacted Hellopeter, who told me that "the customer experience for all was no the same", like i'm some kind of idiot. They also said they are investigating the matter. I have received no feedback, and the profile is still full of these reviews that i believe was created by this company, so that people can part with their money. I mean so many people creating a profile for a single 5 star review, and then never again? Anyway, Hellopeter used to be a place where I could get an idea of who I'm dealing with. Now it looks like it has become a platform which is used to create a false sense of security.
