Loathe the new website

<p>It looks like one of those ***** pirate sites. I thought your site had been hijacked and wasted 20 minutes trying to find another site and then finally to re-log in. And what's with all the adverts and the subscription service where you now want us to pay?</p> <p> </p> <p>This used to be a safe place for consumers to get help. Now it looks like just another way for companies to make money out of consumers.</p>
