Late Delivery!
Hello Peter<br> <br> I would like to enquire as to how I only received notifications today of incidents that transpired up to 5 months ago. This damages the brand and image of Direct Channel Channel Holdings and unfairly so, especially as it could result in a possible loss of business and the confidence of the public. I would also like to make reference that one of these matters were dealt with by Direct Channel Holdings as it transpired and we had no idea of the others. <br> <br> An urgent response will be most appreciated.<br> <br> Thank you <br> Direct Channel Holdings<br> <br>

Direct Channel Holdings is not registered as a Company Who Responds on Hellopeter.com. The notifications you received were not sent to you by the administrators of the site. Only a company that is registered as a Company Who Responds receives notifications from us when a report is received about them on the site. We do however offer a facility for users to forward copies of reports to an email address they specify. It's possible that the reports were sent to you using this facility.
If you would like to register as a Company Who Responds, please go to the site and select Company Zone (from the left menu bar), then select Subscribe and complete the application form. Regards, Linda
