Lack of time to react
We are Stafix (a wholesale security company / not an installation company) and agents for certain products. An installer, Clive from Robotech, who purchased at an arms length transaction products from us, let his client down \Shane". When Shane complained on Hello Peter"

Reports can't simply be deleted. All reports remain on the site for 12 months unless deemed inappropriate.
