Justice eyes can be blind, sometimes

The review re. 'particular' relocation company was unfairly treated. For the first time in my life I've been asked by HP to re-confirm (in order words: I might be lying in a polite version) the information contained in my review and also to provide Affidavit?

Should you need one for this negative rating, feel free to examine my last review (just before this) and go back to the email communication between you and I.

Trust is a foundation, while double standard is a sign of misjudgment and lack of profession.

Chao.

Hello Mohamed. We're sorry if we've offended you, however, as your review was reported to us more than once by the business as inappropriate (i.e. false), and their proof to the contrary was also supp****, our process of dispute in instances such as these is to request an affidavit, for our legal protection, as well as yours. We are happy to reinstate your review once this is received. Regards, the Hellopeter Team

Hello Hello Peter. I just was this reply now and I am really socked. So you are telling your loyal "public service-assessors" that if the business felt "rating was inappropriate" then your HP scale of justice has to go with the business and not to be balanced with the users? I know these companies do pay for their data, stats, feedback report, etc, but it's US the USERS who can make that happen. I had experienced a terrible service by that company and I think it is their duty to sort it out (like with Discovery, FNB, Outsurance, and all giant service providers) instead of reversing the court frame and blame me as a non-legit?. I use HP simply because you guys managed to hear the other side when services are not matching those companies' gold-painted slogan. I did provide more than evidence that the company didn't do what's right. Unfortunately, it seems that my 'free' HP profile is no match to the 'subscription-version'. I am not expecting a miracle here but I want you the HP to be fair. I do Greens and Reds based on a fair assessment and experience and I only submit complaints when things really go rugg. And for those 'almighty' companies who think they are 100% right, my lesson to them is .... when we complain, this means we care. And the best way to prove these complaints wrong (of False?) is by doing the right thing,,,,,,,,,,,, fix the problem.

Hi Prof Irhuma. Hellopeter is an independent review platform that sits between business and reviewers. Hellopeter is not in a position to decide on disputes between businesses and reviewers who disagree about the events relating to buying or service experiences.  If a business and a reviewer disagree about what happened during a particular buying or service experience, Hellopeter will request an affidavit from the reviewer and in certain cases the business, as we aim to take a neutral stance. As soon as we receive your affidavit, we will reinstate your review with pleasure.  Kind regards, the Hellopeter Team
