Our complaint 04/12/2022 brought Cell C to life. Of course we couldn't be reached on our cell number provided simply because the cell network in the whole region Ebenhezer, Papendorp, Strandfontein and Doringbay was not functioning, and this is what the provider didn't understand when we complained directly to Cell C . The provider kept on trying to pinpoint the problem to our specific cell nr. as if it were the cause of complaint.
