Issues with the website
Previously I could update a rating after a vendor assisted me. I don't know if this is intentional or a bug, but it seems like that feature is now removed and the vendor's rating is left unfairly on 1 star. Why would vendors follow up complaints if the reviewers cannot update their rating anyways?
Another issue is when you look at the reviews in my profile and I click on the review's title it takes me to the list of all the complaints of that specific vendor. Why someone want do see other people's complaints when one have click specifically on one's own review does not make sense to me. Eventually figured out that the text links to expected page but it was not obvious for me.
Overall, I am happy with Hellopeter's service and I am happy that I do get responses on my complaints.
