Issues with the new site.
<p>I've not used hellopeter.com for some time. When I came here today, my account no longer existed. So I created a new account. I wrote a review, and pressed the 'Publish your review' button. Then a message came up saying that I need to pick a star rating, but my review had disappeared. The new site does not seem to be user friendly at all.</p>

And why can't I rate a review down? Surely if the company has failed to improve the issue after a prolonged period then they deserve to be rated down.

The star rating you provide when submitting your review, is the rating based on your initial and actual experience with the Supplier. As this has already happened, the rating of the inital experience can't change. For this reason, we don't allow users to rate a review down. Regards, HP
