IS HELOPETER FOR THE CONSUMERS OR THE BUSINESSES?

Why does Hellopeter allow good reviews about a company or a person to be shown whereas when you post negative reviews of a company then you post is removed because certain rules was broken.

If you have rules, it should apply to both good and bad reviews. For example, you can mention a particular persons name and give good reviews for that particular person, all is good. Your post is even published but when you mention an individual name in a bad review, then you are in breach of Hellopeters rule.

Hi Don.  Thanks for reaching out and for sharing your concerns with us.
Hellopeter is an independent review platform that sits between business and reviewers. We're open to everyone to write reviews about businesses they've had a genuine experience with. However, publishing a review online means it's public, and therefore if a review goes against our content guidelines it has to be removed from the site.
We use a combination of manual checks and advanced, customised software to detect reviews that may be in breach of our content guidelines. Additionally, we also rely on the public to report such reviews for further investigation. Should you feel a review is in breach our content guidelines, we ask you to kindly report the review to us. I hope this brings clarity. Kind regards, the Hellopeter Team
