Does Hellopeter.com still delivers a supportive platform for consumers who experience bad service? The new Website is surely not contributing. While typing, I noticed from the corner of my eye the red thumbs down graphic which jumps up and hovering over the hellopeter.com website - and I thought is hellopeter.com still effective? I don't get responses from my review(s)
