Is hellopeter adding value?
Seems pointless to leave a review for a company. If it's negative, that company simply gives a template response and nothing further happens. I don't see the need for hellopeter if nothing happens after a negative review.

Many reviews take time to investigate before a comprehensive response can be given. Because of this, many companies respond with a standard response when they receive the review and then update the response or contact the customer directly when they have further information.If you don't receive feedback from the business concerned, you are welcome to add additional comments on your initial review to let them know. There is no limit to the number of comments you can add to your review.
