INVASION OF PRIVACY
I recently used your platform to lay a complaint against Jenny Internet. I had to register and my cell number was asked. Today I already had 3 calls on my personal cell number from unknown people complaining to ME about their Jenny wifi that's not working, thinking I work for Jenny. Did I miss something? Do you share people's personal contact details with the public? I thought that form you fill in asking your personal details are kept private. What gives guys? This is a massive invasion of my privacy. How did these strangers get hold of my cell number? Do you supply it to anyone that asks? I even re-checked my posts and no where did I leave my cell number for the public to see. I even checked my registration form, the ONLY place I left my cell number. When I tried to delete is, a sentence in red font told me it is required. What do you guys do with the users on your platform's numbers and other details? The day after, early in the morning in fact, I got a call from Jenny appologizing for the issues I'm having. I wrote it off as pure coincidence, but now 3 private individuals called me on my cell, wanting me to sort out their Jenny problems. I told them over and over, "I DONT WORK FOR JENNY INTERNET!" So what is going on Hellopeter??? Nowhere do I recall, while registering, you asking my permission to give my name and cell number to the public! If I get one more call, you will hear from my attorneys!
"Other than as stated in clause 9.1 and 9.3, Hellopeter shall not share a User's personal information with any third parties save as otherwise set out in this Privacy Notice or unless it has the User's express consent to do so". So explain yourselves please. I fully understand and agree with your T&A's, but clearly my cell number was somehow shared to ordinary people using Jenny Internet and they call me up to complain and even yell at me!

Thank you for your quick response. I apologize for sounding offensive, but it has became irritating. I have not complained about Jenny on my FB seeing that the installer is a friend of mine and I do not want to make my issues so public. These people that called me, if they had seen anything on my FB, they would still not be able to see all my details because they don't know me and I sure as heck don't know them. I used the app Trucaller and inserted their numbers and the names that came up was no one I knew or could have visited my FB site. And as I said, I do not place my cell number on my FB page, and even if I did, the people calling would rather ask for my advice or what they should do, all of them, when I picked up, asked me, "Hello, is this Jenny Internet?". If they found my number on my FB page, they would know my name. One irate man started yelling at me and said in a heavy, black accent, "Jenny, you must come and fix my wi-fi NOW!!" By this time I just hung up the phone and blocked the caller.
