INABILITY TO UPDATE A REVIEW ON HELLOPETER
Great platform to verify and review products and companies where they take reviews seriously
major flaw is the inability to edit a review, as this impacts the companies who try to improve and cannot be acknowledged for their corrective efforts
even allowing the reviewer to update a review whilst keeping the original will give users an opportunity to praise issues that were addressed to resolve and businesses can see the results of their actions towards negative/positive feedback

03 Oct 2019, 06:38Hi Premika. You are able to add updates/comments to your original review (keeping your original review). There is no limit to the number of comments you can add to your review.
To do this, log into your account. At the top right, where it says ‘hello/your name’ is a drop-down menu, Select ‘My profile and reviews’.Then, click on the review that you would like to add a comment on. Scroll down until you see the ‘write a reply’ box. Post your update/comment there, and when done, click the blue REPLY button to publish it. Regards. the Hellopeter Team..
