I have struggled for months to get a refund with PC Link Computers but as soon as I posted my reviews about them on Hellopeter; within a day PayFast contacted me to say they are going to do a refund for me on behalf of PC Link Computers. I had already given up on this refund. I had already accepted that my R 3620 was gone. But I’ve never seen such a wonderful service like this. Thank you Hellopeter. I haven’t received my refund yet but I’ve been contacted by PayFast to say they needed my banking details. Thank you again Hellopeter. You are the best.
