I have made numerous attempts to log into their website but they make it as difficult as possible

I have made numerous attempts to log into their website but they make it as difficult as possible. Even after entering your password they still want to send an SMS with an OTP, which you don't receive. They actually warn you that customers complain about not receiving the Pin and that you should check you Spam bin, yet Still no One Time Pin. I've now also unsubscribed to their emails
