HOW to give feedback on hello [URL Removed]
I have negative feedback on my post towards Vodacom , but WHERE and HOW am I suppose to respond on your site , after being contacted by Vodacom. You have no function for that. I click \give feedback"and THEN...? There is no guidelines or whatever to tell me WHERE am I now suppose to enter my feedback ?"""

The Customer Feedback facility is designed for you to give feedback on your report. To give feedback, select 'Give Feedback' from the drop down menu under Customer Zone. Click on the subject line of the report to open it, then add your feedback. A copy will be sent to the Supplier for you. Please note that this facility is available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report on the site. Regards, Linda
