How does this site HELP
I've been writing reviews about companies and seeing reviews written but I've never seen how hello peter helps. They don't follow up. I requested assistance with an ombudsman for communications companies and they never responded. So what's the point of all these reviews because these companies don't give a f. They don't even send appropriate people to resolve the issues. This would've been a great site if extended an extra mile to assist sort of like speak up ...
