How does hellopeter help consumers?
I wrote my review last month and thought hellopeter would open/publish for other consumers to comment/ share their experiences Instead it turned out to be another opportunity for the company I am in dispute with to repeat their position which doesn't help me at all So what's the point of writing reviews on hellopeter if they are not open to public?

The fact that no one else has commented/shared their experience is really not our fault. Remember, the actual purpose/aim of the site is that once a review is posted, for that issue to be picked up by the business concerned, and hopefully resolved to the customer's satisfaction. If you're not happy with the response that you've received from the business, please continue to engage with them, and post your updated feedback on your review.
