How do you change/convert ratings?
I would like to re-rate a review I posted, but I can't find any way to do it. There's no "convert" button above the review or anything like that. It shouldn't be this difficult for consumers to change ratings, as it will negatively affect the service scores of businesses.

04 Mar 2019, 08:28Conversions (changing the star rating) has been removed from the site and replaced with NPS. This is a very quick feedback tool. 4 days after writing a review you will receive an email from us asking how likely you are to recommend the business to a friend or colleague. You are also welcome to write another review about how your review was handled. Regards, HP
