How do I?
Hi there,<br> <br> How do I change a complaint to a compliment. The supplier has sorted out my complaint.<br> <br> I don't seem to find that option on the page.

To provide your Customer Feedback and covert your report from a Complaint into a Compliment, click on 'Give Feedback' from the drop down menu under Customer Zone (left menu bar). All your reports where the Customer Feedback facility is available will be displayed. Click on the subject line of the report you'd like to give Feedback on. Add your feedback and covert your report into a Compliment.
