HORRIBLE NEW WEBSITE

I can't believe how user UNfriendly this new website is. What was wrong with the old site? The layout was so much better , navigation was so much easier. , all the top comments (good or bad) where on the first page. Come on HP , you of all people should know "if it aint broke , don't fix it!!!
