Horrible business practice
This is without a doubt the worst platform on the planet. They allow any clown with access to the internet to post whatever they like without actual proof of the I have read so many false reviews, reviews that are defamatory. Then they expect you as a company to pay to see the details of the author. They send you the same email for every review that you report the review. They state that the author stands by the review and therefor they will not remove the review and that you should comment on the review itself to set the record straight.
They do not see that this not mean anything if the negative review is still on a company page

25 May 2021, 15:08I don't mind responding to reviews, however i still have to pay to respond to the reviews.
If a review is reported, it simply gets ignored if you report more that 2 reviews.
Dealing with thousands of people a day, you notice that people are to lazy to read.
I myself am guilty in this regard.
this does not give anyone the right to write whatever they like on a company page.
If you are not happy, i don't mind if this is stated.
The amount of false information on this platform ridiculous.
I do not understand how a company like hellopeter is allowed to force a company to pay them a large amount every month to respond to reviews and also has to pay to see the details of authors.
hellopeter does not even have the decency to phone their paying customers to assist in resolving issues.
You have to wait until they make time to respond to your emails and replies.
