Hellopeter.com acts as a Gateway between Supplier and Customer. If you haven't received a response from the Supplier, please use the Customer Feedback facility provided to let them know. To use this facility go to Customer Zone (left menu bar) and click on Give Feedback from the drop down menu. All your reports where the Customer Feedback facility is available will be displayed. Click on the subject line to open the report and add your Customer Feedback. A copy will be sent to them for you. Please note that this facility is only available 54 hours excluding weekends after you submitted your report on the site. Regards, Linda
