Help !

Please look at our company profile, there are reviews saying we are ******** where the person that posted that review actually admitted afterwards he made a mistake yet now this review is nr1 on google when you search for us. Look at our other reviews were we responded to people asking for more information or even to give them double their money back and yet there we sit with terrible ratings. Hellopeter.com is now actually hurting our business. How do we get the negative reviews removed where people made a mistake or refuse to respond to the offer for double their money back even months from requesting that ? I understand your business is the rating system but your website is actively hurting our business. Do you have advise on this or is this something we need to resolve via legal means ?
