Hellopeter's prompt and effective response

I was skeptical at first when a friend told me that I could log a complaint about the service I received from a Builder express store in Craighall Park when an employee was unapologetically rude towards me. I was livid that I wrote to hellopeter and within an hour of the complaint, I received a call from one of their agent who then escalated the matter to the relevant person (which was then addressed). The agent phoned me again to confirm if the store manager had contacted me and that I was satisfied with the way the matter was resolved. Hellopeter was very prompt and if it wasn't for them...that day was going be the last I set my foot at any Builder's express store. Hellopeter agents were attentive, showed empathy and offered excellent customer experience. I commend them for their work.
