HelloPeter’s One-Review Policy Protects Companies Like DebtBusters
HelloPeter, your “one review per issue” policy is not working in cases like this. DebtBusters does not respond to replies or comments - only to new reviews. So when you remove follow-up posts, you’re not protecting consumers - you’re protecting companies that stall and ignore complaints.
This isn’t spam. It’s a 37-day unresolved issue where DebtBusters keeps sending copy-paste responses and refuses to act. I’ve posted multiple times because they’ve done nothing. If your policy is meant to stop spam, great - but it needs to be reviewed and adapted for long-running cases where companies are clearly avoiding accountability.
I’ll continue posting updates until this transfer is complete. If HelloPeter won’t allow that, I’ll move to platforms that do. But make no mistake - this issue isn’t going away just because you delete it.

Simply log in to your Hellopeter account, click on the hamburger menu (☰) at the top right of your screen, select “My profile and reviews”, then click on the title of your review. Once it opens, select “See more”, and you’ll see an option to add a reply.
This ensures your updates stay connected to your original post, making it easier for other consumers (and the business) to follow the full story.
