Hellopeter: Whats the use!!

I wrote a review last week regarding non-existing service from Vodacom regarding a transfer of Fibre Line and Temporary LTE while I wait for the installation of the immanent fiber in our area: La Mercy.

I immediately got an automated reply from Vodacom to the Hello Peter review and in turn, immediately expressed my feeling that an automated response meant that I would not get the promised call. Call me a cynic but guess what - One week later and NO FOLLOW UP CALL!!!

So apart from Vodacom, I now have my reservations regarding Hello Peter as well in that they allow standard automated responses from Vodacom, who in turn don't have to act on the promise of a follow-up call because they have already appeased Hello Peter with the standard automated response!!! ***?

Fast forward to this morning and Hello Peter want me to rate Vodacom's response and if not happy write another review. I guess you can see where this is going? Although I am still not happy and am writing another review logic tells me that I am wasting my time. Neither Hello Peter nor Vodacom allows for escalation and so I feel that I am entering into a futile and infinite circle of reviews that will in the end amount to nothing.

Vodacom has seemingly not spent a cent on effective training because not one of my many calls to date has reaped any rewards. I further thought that I would save Vodacom a lot of hassle and just apply for a new fiber line with temporary LTE directly off an advert on-line. Guess what, this was done before the start of September, and the promised 48-hour response has also expired looooonnngg ago!

So what to do now? Name and shame the on-line Customer Representatives who promise the world and don't deliver nor answer emails when they have provided them as a solution, place ads in the local paper, jump off a building with the complaint stapled to my chest, what!?????

Please can someone respond to this review and not just with an automated response!! 40 something days and counting!!
