HelloPeter website not as good as it was in the old days
Please can someone tell me how to convert a complaint into a compliment like you used to be able to when hellopeter website was a good one. Also how to you email your review to the relevant party or someone else like you used to be able to when hellopeter website was a good one. Why does a;; the good functionality of the website keep disappearing?

Conversions (changing the star rating) has been removed from the site and replaced with NPS. This is a very quick feedback tool. 4 days after writing a review you will receive an email from us asking how likely you are to recommend the business to a friend or colleague. You are also welcome to write another review about how your review was handled.
When you write a review about a business that isn't registered on the site, you are asked for an email address for the business. When you provide the email address, a copy of your review is automatically sent to them for you.
