Don't you feel this is an incredibly ********* move on your part...

However, non-paying businesses will not have access to consumer contact information, consumer profiling, notifications, and will only be able to reply once to a review."
So in short.... Hellopeter has set up a system whereby a business HAS to pay them to engage meaningfully with customers and protect their brand image. sho.

We don't deny any business the right to respond - that would be *********. All Businesses may register on the Free Basic package in order to respond to reviews at no cost. But, should Businesses require additional information like the consumers personal details, they would need to be a Verified Company in order to have access to this information.
