While I am pleased that the matter has finally been resolved, I cannot help but question whether this payment would have been processed as promptly had I not raised my complaint on HelloPeter. I had made several calls and received repeated assurances before sharing my experience here.

Nevertheless, I appreciate the outcome and thank HelloPeter for the platform and visibility it provided. My hope is that Budget Insurance will improve its communication and payment processes so that other customers do not have to resort to public complaints to receive what they have been promised.
