Hellopeter, thank you for creating a platform for reviewing service providers. I am happy that some services providers take their image very serious and they action upn the reviews. One more request for help: I have written reviews about Department Trade of Trade and Industry; CDS Consulting PTY Ltd; Telkom and FNB. However I don't see their responses. Is it because they don't care or what?
Alarmingly, FNB claims to have responded to me by emails. However, I didn't not receive those emails. They called me and I asked them to resend the same emails to my work emails, still no FNB email came through - I checked both my email spams and junk, to no avail. Is there maybe a faul play or what?
