I have heard that your expenses are paid by the businesses, and not the compainants, and that as a result you tend to side with the businesses.
Is it true that you are paid by the businesses.?
If so have you any comment on the suggestion that you side with the businesses?

We provide consumers and businesses with a platform to connect, and we do not actively handle or get involved with individual reviews. In this sense, we don't side with either the reviewer or the business. The only time we get involved is when a review has been reported in breech of our content guidelines. This is when we will look at the review, investigate a little further and may remove the review if it is found to breech our content guidelines.
