HelloPeter Removing Incorrect Reviews
I have chosen Rapid Pools as a Pool contractor because HelloPeter had only 2 good reviews of them. Now that I have bad service from them and I did a negative review, HelloPeter want to take of my review. Obvious HelloPeter had remove all Bad previous reviews of them that influence my option. THANKS HELLOPETER IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT I'M GOING TO LOOSE R20000

13 Sept 2019, 15:46Hi Hannes, we don't just remove reviews - regardless of whether they are good or bad. However, when a review is reported, we follow up and do a customer check, which is what is happening in your case.

16 Sept 2019, 09:13Agree, but I have send them 3 times different proof that what I said is not made up. Just because I did not say the words 'True and Correct' it was told to me that they will remove it.
How many other people comments have been taken off because they did not say 'True and Correct' about Rapid Pools.
The owner of Rapid Pools is the whole time on social Media to try and clear his name. He should have been onsite to do the job we paid him to do. He reports every bad comment to Hello Peter. I'm convince that Bad reviews of this Company has been removed prior to the time I was looking to get a Pool Contractor.
This is why I logged this complaint.
