Hellopeter now just a corporate shill?
In the past, hellopeter carried weight. What happened? Based on my latest experience, it seems businesses no longer monitor hellopeter. Or do you need to pay the extra to have your review receive attention? It would be sad if hellopeter is no longer the friend of the consumer .
Hellopeter.com acts only as a gateway between Supplier and Customer.
Many businesses monitor their reviews on the site and hellopeter.com remains the voice and friend of the consumer.
If you aren’t happy with the Suppliers response or lack thereof, the site allows unlimited comments on your initial review – please use this facility to let them know.
